Opening Includes:

  • Pool cover removal (a winter cover or automatic cover). The winter cover can be hard to manage – it’s a two-person job! 

  • Floating leaves and debris will be skimmed from the water. (vacuuming not provided) 

  •  Water refilling. Having the appropriate amount of water in your pool is very important prior to turning on the equipment.

  •  Reconnect equipment. We will remove all winterizing plugs, re-install all skimmer baskets and return jet fittings. We will ensure your equipment is set up and working properly. 

  •  Add necessary pool chemicals, cleaning and shocking the water. We will test your water and make adjustments to ensure your water chemistry is appropriate.

  •  Free inspection on any damages. We will be able to determine if low water levels during your opening is due to a leak or just water displacement.

Closing Includes:

  • Blowing out the lines. We will remove all water from the lines, pump, filter and heater (if you have one).

  • Adding winter chemicals to the pool. We will add the winter chemicals that will prepare your pool for winter.

  • Backwashing (sand filters), remove cartridge (cartridge filters) and clean the filter and pump.

  • We will remove all drain plugs on the pool pump and the filter housing.

  • Attaching the winter safety cover. We will install your winter safety cover or close your automatic pool cover.

  • Homeowner provides gizmos for skimmer and return plugs.

5 Water Testing Includes:

  • We will test your water and make adjustments to ensure your water chemistry is appropriate.

  • Add necessary pool chemicals.

  • Up to 5 times during the pool season. 

Preventative Maintenance Includes:

  • Clean debris catching equipment to include skimmer baskets, filtration systems, and filter pump strainers.

    • Inspect and Clean Back wash sand filters / Clean Cartridge Filters and Canisters

    • Inspect and Clean Chlorinator/Salt Cell

    • Inspect Filter Pump and Clean Pump Strainer

  • Inspect Vinyl Liner and/or Fiberglass shell for any imperfections.

  • Inspect Returns, Skimmers, and Main Drains for any imperfections.

  • Inspect Auto Cover (if equipped) for proper operation and make recommendations if adjustments are required.

  • Inspect Equipment Pad for Water Leaks and make corrections if required (Does not include material replacement costs).
