Lead crews building custom swimming pools, hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, pavilions, fire features, and complete backyard transformations. You'll be the primary on-site representative of Pool Professionals Ohio — managing daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, and keeping every project safe, on schedule, and built to the highest standard.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise daily construction activities for pool and outdoor living projects
• Read construction plans; verify layouts, elevations, grades, and measurements
• Coordinate schedules with the Director of Operations, subs, suppliers, and inspectors
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners with professional project updates
• Document daily progress, photos, and project notes in JobTread
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members; enforce daily jobsite safety

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to our Pataskala shop
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Preferred: 5+ years construction experience, crew leadership, pool construction, masonry, carpentry, excavation, equipment operation, CDL, or JobTread

A skilled craftsman role building and installing custom outdoor living projects — pergolas, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, custom carpentry, concrete forms, pavers, retaining walls, and pool structures — with the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Do

• Construct pools, hardscapes, and outdoor living features
• Build pergolas, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, and custom carpentry
• Install concrete forms, pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems
• Assist with pool plumbing, equipment pads, and site development
• Read construction plans and perform layout work
• Complete JobTread documentation and coordinate with Foremen

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years construction/carpentry experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors
• Bonus experience: hardscape, concrete, masonry, landscaping, excavation, plumbing, equipment operation, CDL

Whether you have years of experience or are eager to learn a skilled trade, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed. You'll help build custom in-ground pools, patios, retaining walls, and complete outdoor living spaces.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the construction of custom in-ground swimming pools
• Build patios using concrete and pavers; install retaining walls and hardscape features
• Install pool plumbing, drainage systems, and equipment
• Excavation support, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site prep
• Set forms and assist with concrete placement and finishing
• Operate hand and power tools safely; keep jobsites clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record and reliable transportation to our shop
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly and work in varying weather
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, positive attitude, willingness to learn
• Bonus experience: general construction, hardscape, concrete, masonry, equipment operation, CDL

Advance into Equipment Operator, Hardscape Installer, Pool Plumbing Specialist, Crew Leader, Construction Foreman, or Project Manager.

A great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced team during pool closing season. You'll help winterize residential pools, install winter covers, and give customers a smooth, professional end-of-season experience. No two days are the same.
